Leading banking business is looking to appoint a professional, experienced PA to provide top level and confidential support to their Sales & Marketing Director.

Working autonomously within the operating office you will be responsible for acting as the first point of call for your Director and take responsibility for the following areas:

•  Managing and booking all diary appointments, meetings and subsequent travel
• Take responsibility for producing letters, reports and proposals from dictation and detailed notes
• Managing incoming and confidential correspondence, liaising with the appropriate internal departments and keeping all parties informed and updated.
• Confirming attendance at internal and external meetings for the director and ensuring that summary reports are produced and read in advance to keep the director up to date on the latest business or customer information
• Compiling reports and presentation documents
