A Sharepoint site is being created by this financial services company to act as a portal of communication for all marketing material within the business.  Sitting alongside (but separate from) the existing intranet, this will allow partners, brokers and internal customers access to a variety of material that will support sales campaigns, enhance knowledge and provide a marketing toolkit that can be implemented individually by company, site or partner etc.

The purpose of the site is to allow all partners access to a variety of material that will support sales, canvas opinions and viewpoints, makes recommendations and suggestions with the view to increase their own business earning opportunities and instil in them the knowledge that the products and services they have access to are superior within the market place. 

This project will result in the following:

• Working with the existing site map to project manage it’s delivery to a set launch date
Brief internal and external technical teams to deliver a robust Sharepoint site that meets the design and documentation brief
• Catalogue all marketing material, information and supplementary documents that are required as part of the site
• Produce guidelines on access, uploading and downloading material
• Manage the project against budget and timeline

Previous experience of sharepoint is essential.  This is a short term project that will require regular interface with customers and therefore you need to be Birmingham based.
