The restructure of this dynamic retail business has resulted in the creation of new positions that support the communications and marketing to the national retail network.  As a result, the business is looking to recruit a Retail Communications Manager to manage a team of 3 executives and be instrumental in planning and delivering the annual brand, customer satisfaction and sales orientated objectives.

Purpose of the position:

• To deliver effective communication material to the national retail network Develop trade marketing material to promote brand and product ranges
• Increase footfall and basket spend

Responsibilities: 

• Manage all retail marketing initiatives and communications including events, action plans and road shows Ensure that all marketing material is produced in line with brand communications objectives and deliverables Obtaining feedback and producing compelling marketing material (POS, in store advertising etc) to meet the retailer and customer needs Manage and update the image and document library
• Oversee the delivery of the website and events program

The successful applicant will have proven experience of managing a team of competent marketers and coaching them for success, demonstrable knowledge of managing budgets in excess of £500,000 and sales targets to which KPIs are linked.
