Working for this leading Full Service Agency as Account Manager you will provide project management support to clients and senior team members within the agency.
The responsibilities of the Account Manager is split into a number of key areas including strategy, client satisfaction, financial responsibility, management using these strengths to develop your client portfolio.
- As Account Manager you should be beginning to develop some understanding of the strategic aspects of your accounts and the wider agency.
- You will provide the appropriate level of account management support to clients, ensuring that the client is consistently satisfied with the quality of service being delivered and ensuring line managers are kept informed and up-to-date on all relevant activities.
- To contribute to delivering the agreed forecasts which are included within the company’s plan, taking responsibility.
- To assist the Senior Account Manager/Account Director in the development of junior members of the account handling team, to ensure they are working to the best of their abilities.
- To ensure you make every effort to develop a breadth and depth of marketing and communications knowledge (both within your clients specified sectors and the wider marketing environment).

| Experience Required |
You will have previous experience of working in an advertising agency working across various industry sectors. Have extensive knowledge of marketing environments which can be demonstrated to clients. Management of numerous projects across different brands at anyone time.
