A market leading business based in Leicestershire requires a Marketing Manager to join and help grow the business.

In the past year the company has gone from strength to strength and with their strong customer base they continue to grow.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement a marketing strategy to help bring maximum ROI. The role carries the responsibility for leading on trade marketing activity through a distributor network in the selected sectors as well as campaign planning and product management.

Create, develop and implement the Marketing plan for the selected sectors creating campaign plans that use the full marketing mix to achieve the company’s targets.

Working closely with the sales team you will provide high quality, innovative and successful trade marketing campaigns. Identify sub sectors to target with marketing activity to help win business, attend sales meetings and carrying out calls to end users and distributors in the UK.

You will own and develop the product strategy for the products within the sector portfolios. This will incorporate market analysis to assess commercial viability. This will also include the launch of the new global range and its integration into the UK.

You will manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets for your industry sectors in the UK.

• You must have a strong background in Marketing to be considered for this opportunity.
• This opportunity requires someone with business to business experience working across various industry sectors.
• This opportunity requires the candidate to be confident, an excellent communicator with good presentation skills.
• You will have experience in writing Marketing Strategies and seeing them through to implementation.
