As a leading Financial Services provider this highly successful business is looking to recruit a Marketing Distribution & Relationship Manager to further develop target markets through effective brand awareness, ensuring the continued growth and development of new and existing customers.

The Role

The Marketing Distribution and Relationship Manager will give full support to the B2B strategy and the management of affinity partnerships.  As part of the strategy the promotion of their products and services to key accounts will increase sales through creation of high quality and creative marketing campaigns. 

The Responsibilities

• You will implement multi channel campaigns and activity across key accounts and effective delivery of customer propositions through affinity partnerships. 

• You will work with external marketing teams of business partners offering support and implementing a tactical marketing tool for key accounts to use.

• Implementation and maintenance of promotional materials focusing on the B2B proposition.

• Implement the agreed B2B advertising strategy

• Support B2B distribution projects/activity planning, delivery and evaluation

• Maintenance of the B2B website content

• Conferences and events support and delivery

• Working closely with the Marketing function to ensure the focus of B2B activity and plans for business partners is aligned with the overall strategy, brand and customer proposition.

• Management of the CRM system to ensure relevant contacts and activity is tracked to create reports and management information.

• Ensure management of customer data in relation to distribution partner and strategic partner relationships, in particular any transfer of data, meets Data Protection Act requirements and the requirements of the Society’s own Data Protection policies

• Organisation of seminars, conferences and events
• Thorough knowledge and experience of campaign implementation and management including print, data selection, MI, channel management

You will be a strong communicator who can build strong relationships, manage effectively to help influence and persuade others in reaching mutually beneficial solutions.  With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will the interests of the customer at heart ensuring their activity is consistent with the brand.
