As a leading Financial Services provider this highly successful business is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Brand Manager.  As part of a growing team this role will be instrumental in further building and retaining a strong customer network.

The Role

This opportunity will be tasked to retain existing customers and acquiring new members through effective marketing communication.  Already a strong brand this opportunity will be to ensure its continued success and recognition of the brand both internally and externally. 

The Responsibilities: 
 

• Manage and develop the brand proposition including member engagement, visual identity and tone of voice.
• Build insight and understanding of the customer network.
• Monitor the performance of the brand, identifying areas of development and creating key activity to sustain its performance.
• You will manage both brand and PR Agencies in their delivery of brand and PR/communication campaigns.
• You will provide brand awareness to all business areas within the organization, ensuring its fully understood and how it supports the overall business plan.  You will engage employees to also support their brand ensuring its success.

• You will be responsible for a variety of ad-hoc marketing projects managing project teams where required.
