As a leading Financial Services provider this highly successful business is looking to recruit a Propositions Marketing Manager as an addition to their successful marketing team.  This business continues to grow and this opportunity will help further develop new products and propositions to an existing customer base and targeted audience.

The Role

This opportunity will manage existing propositions to ensure they are met by the current customer network.  The role will require development of products and propositions which will add value and deliver a purpose. 

The Responsibilities: 

• Manage propositions including monitoring and analysis, competitive positioning, and selected researc
• Manage tactical communication projects ensuring they are delivered on time, budget and to quality.
• Develop research projects and briefs, and assist in the management of research initiatives.
• Analyse and interpret data to inform proposition development and produce recommendations for change.  Working with the offline team to identify trends ensuring a competitive positioning. 
• Ensure appropriate database development by identifying data collection requirements by customer segment and proposition. Ensure third party data is consistent with requirements.

• Written and verbal communications
• Project management, planning and coordination and meeting deadlines
• Team working and stakeholder management, developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Managing suppliers to ensure effective integration into projects and business as usual processes
