Purpose of the position:

This position is at the forefront of the online development team and is required to ensure appropriate channel marketing activity is managed and targets are delivered.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quarterly online development strategies
• Work to tight budgets and be confident with providing re-forecasts to the Senior Management Team
• Drive enhancements through the entirety of the online function – all with the goal of improving the ‘customer experience’
• Conduct consumer research identifying new segments
• Keep abreast of the latest technology advancements and how they can be utilised internally
• Manage an online team ensuring consistent KPI’s are met through online development

• Extensive knowledge of Online Marketing
• Previous people/budget/agency management experience
• Strong knowledge of the online sales process and customer navigation management
• SEO/PPC experience – general understanding
• Experience of managing quarterly budgets, strategies and online campaigns
