Leading retailer based in the Midlands are looking to expand their online team with the newly created role of Website Manager. This position will solely focus on the development of specific web based projects including managing all email campaigns to a large customer base.

With a large amount of consistent annual activity this role will be very campaign focused and therefore will require multiple projects to be managed at any one time.

Due to the competitive nature of the industry you will need to be from a consumer background ideally with experience of a big brand name.

Key responsibilities of the role are listed below; 

• Manage the consumer website ensuring promotions and additions to ranges are carried out in a timely manner
• Devise and implement a robust plan of email activity to specifically target customer segments
• Devise a programme of marketing offers to be used in conjunction with email marketing
• Manage the website function on a day to day basis via the CMS system

If you are looking for a challenging role which offers variety then this could be the role for you, in order to progress further the following skills and experience will be required;

• Previous experience of website/email marketing within a consumer focused organisation
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and forecast campaign figures
• Planning skills – these will be needed in order for you to develop yearly activity plans in line with other marketing activity
• People/budget management skills are desired but not essential
