This is one of the UK’s most trusted and recognized retailers, with a new opportunity for a progressive direct marketing professional. The Head of Direct Marketing is focused on developing and improving direct marketing channels including; Direct Mail, Ecommerce, Call Centre and Distribution to maximize sales revenue.

| Experience required |
This is a high profile position in which you may need to challenge the status quo in order to achieve successful sales revenue through channel initiatives.
You will have responsibility for:
- Project Managing the teams for DM, Ecommerce, call centre and distribution
- Investigating new initiatives to raise profitable revenues through online and offline activity
- Ensure the effective operational delivery of orders to customers
- Continually monitoring department and sales performance, designing and implementing new methods to improve performance
- Review and evaluate 3rd party relationships agencies
The ideal candidate will have come from the retail industry with a background in direct marketing and ecommerce, be sales focused and display leadership qualities.
