| Experience required |
Reporting directly into the Marketing Director you will be responsible for all aspects of the Marketing mix for core industrial and emerging export markets. This is a high profile role and as such you must be an accomplished marketer who can demonstrate a background in delivering creative B2B marketing strategies and implementing them. The most important part of your current experience will be a knowledge of product marketing and NPD, understanding customer and product life cycles in addition to developing product sales material. You will work with a UK wide salesforce to develop marketing campaigns that will further promote their hygiene products in their key target markets. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of product and/or brand marketing in a product (rather than service) led environment, that you have knowledge of direct mail, have previously organised exhibitions and events as well as written press releases to support product launches. Whilst the position holds a substantial marketing budget that will be allocated on a project basis, the position doesn't require people management experience.
