A global managed service provider that operates within the public services sector are expanding follow change within their business structure and strategy.  A number of positions have been created to support the senior marketing team, all with a focus on product management, data segmentation and campaign management.

The purpose of this position is to manage a product category exceeding 100,000 product lines, 300 + contracts and over 20,000 customers.  Typically you will have around 10 – 20 customers per company and part of the position is to identify the key purchases and influences through the data segmentation and insights team, assess the most profitable products and customer segments and develop marketing strategies to meet a number of KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with the data segmentation and insights teams to understand key customer groups, frequency & recency of spend, average spend and top/poor selling product lines
• Assessing profitability of customer groups and product lines making detailed recommendations and business cases for marketing campaigns
• Understanding the insights and making recommendations for appropriate marketing plans and campaigns that will meet targets (including spend, product line, profitability and customer).
• Producing business cases and using strength of character, negotiation and influencing skills for sign off
• Writing detailed briefs for the internal marketing services team who act as an agency to develop your marketing collateral and integrated campaigns
• Ensuring smooth delivery of integrated marketing teams with relevant teams
• Working with the data teams to analyse results, making effective recommendations for the future
