An experienced Customer Analysis & Insight Manager is required for this Financial Services organisation based in the West Midlands
My client is looking for an exceptional individual to manage the customer analysis and insight team and support the Marketing team by providing detailed analysis and insight into their markets, customers, products and campaigns.
This organisation’s primary focus is putting the customer first. You will be required to deliver targeted customer data and analysis which will directly influence their sales approach and you will be looked towards to recommend actions and campaigns to the marketing, sales and product teams.
If you have the ability to turn data and insight into action and can identify new opportunities and deliver them into the business then I need to hear from you today. An enthusiasm for data and appreciation of its importance in improving business performance is a must. A balance between primary research and customer analysis is vital.
