Due to continued excellent business growth this FTSE250 organisation is looking for an additional Campaign Manager to manage & implement direct marketing campaign plans and post campaign analysis in a timely manner. Participation in the preparation of campaign plans, managing ongoing campaign activity and maintaining tight control over expenditure to ensure delivery of effective and efficient campaigns will be the core responsibilities of this post.

The company maintains ambitious growth plans and will be rolling out new product propositions over the forthcoming months. Therefore they require an innovative and driven individual to devise effective communications to launch products and maximize sales & acquisition. This is very much a hands on role with exposure to all aspects of the campaign management, implementation and analysis across a number of channels.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant direct marketing campaign management experience, ideally (but not essential) within the financial services industry
- A proven track record of translating product propositions into effective DM materials
- An understanding of refining campaign activity using statistical analysis and evaluation of strategy
- Evidence of achieving step change performance in DM efficiency
- Experience of producing large volume DM campaigns for a B2C audience
- Understanding of the print production process
- Proven communication and influencing ability, with particular regards to internal briefing and developing enthusiasm amongst internal colleagues
