This leading Professional Services firm is looking for an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of managing the pitch process – developing competitive tenders and sales documentation. Following a restructure within their established Marketing & Client Services team this position will focus on maximizing pitch opportunities in the Public Sector arena – therefore exposure to this sector and an understanding of procurement rules would be hugely beneficial.

Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the existing pitch managers to establish and role out processes to help maximize opportunity conversion
- Ensure debriefs carried out and information is shared throughout the firm
- Maintain a centralized source of information (pitch log) to tender history and opportunity status
- Liaise with the PR Manager regarding business wins and possible publicity
- Project manage day-to-day public sector pitches and support other pitch manages during peak workloads
- Coach fee earners in best practice and hold pre-pitch rehearsals
You should possess competitive tender writing and process management experience and have the ability to coach colleagues in order to ensure best practice. Ideally you will have gained experience in a professional services and/or public sector environment.
This position is offered on a part time basis but applications will also be considered from full time applicants. The salary stated will be pro/rata for the part time position.
