They are recruiting an experienced on-line marketer to manage their reminder services on a day-to-day basis and improve the standalone web portal to achieve long term goals.
Key accountabilities:
- Produce annual contact strategies across 2 channels including number and type of contacts, incentives, conversion targets and budgets and manage the corresponding calendarMarketing campaign planning and implementation - including objective setting, creative proposition, scheduling, data selection (including customer counts and selections)Campaign monitoring to include managing reporting requirements, interpretation of results, and presentation to senior management
- KPI reporting
- Maximise conversion to sale rates (balance cost and order generation)Manage budgets – monitor quotes and invoices and ensure budgets are not exceededManage ongoing communication strategies for the website customersDevelop the site to improve customer journeyCreate and implement SEO planBuild external partners / PR plansManage agenciesBuild the standalone site into an independent business
- Increase customer and occasion base to meet targets
The ideal candidate will have a commercial and entrepreneurial approach to implementing strategies and marketing programs with proven on-line marketing, direct mail and campaign experience. You will also be required to manage third party relationships, have a broad understanding of the key business drivers and goals of a website, ccomprehensive knowledge of the internet, websites and online marketing along with the ability to manage budgets, work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise.
