This has enabled them to maintain a technological edge for their customers and it is one of the key factors that have allowed them to develop a leading position in each of their core businesses.
They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to improve product positioning within the Utilities and Local Authorities market sectors and increase turnover, market share and margin through pro-active management of the product range incorporating all aspects of the marketing mix (pricing, positioning, promotion) to the UK, Continent and Middle Eastern markets.

| Experience required |
Develop & implement market sector strategy for the relevant product ranges:
- Identify customer needs, changes and trendsTrace and analyse competitor activities, products and prices
- Develop price strategies for new and existing product
Contribute to their strategic direction via the analysis and management of new & existing product lines:
- Ongoing analysis of product sales to market segment, including margins and volumes
Lead introduction of new products into the UK market:
- Project lead development activities Provide market specification for new product development
- Provide internal & external information in form of technical/product presentations and or promotional literature
Co-ordination and planning of external and internal communications:
- Provide proposal & content of external communications – sales literature, such as product catalogues, brochures & leaflets, Website contents.
You will have previous experience of managing communications and NPD budgets, project/product management in an engineered product or in the construction industry.
Have the capability to understand and relay technical and engineering concepts, lateral, analytical and strategic thinking and preferably French language skills.
