The accreditation is a result of our continued development of the training and knowledge of our employees and the investment we have made in training bespoke to the individual and the business’ needs.
East Midlands Interim Consultant Nardia Martin commented “what first attracted me to 2nd City was the opportunity to develop my skills both personally and professionally. Since joining the business I have been given opportunities to improve my knowledge of recruitment techniques which directly benefits my customers but also attend residential courses all based around my leadership potential”.
Naturally, we think that our employees are worth investing in and opportunities here take the form of on the job training, work shadowing, external training and formal qualifications.
Sarah Daniels has been with the business since its inception and was instrumental in supporting 2nd City gain Investors In People. Speaking of the award she said “It’s been said time and again that people are the biggest asset a company can have. We’ve demonstrated by recruiting the right people and developing them to support the business objectives that we can all achieve success together. We have always had highly motivated teams and this latest success has improved motivation even further!”.
The Investors In People Award was presented by Ray Jones on behalf of the West Midlands Quality Centre.
