West Midlands based business, 2nd City Resourcing has been credited with the title of Best Marketing Recruitment Agency at the national Recruitment Business Awards.

  

The Recruitment Awards, which are a national competition reward innovation, creativity and commerciality in the recruitment and recruitment advertising sectors.

 

2nd City Resourcing beat finalists Pitch Consultancy to win Best Marketing Agency on account of its innovation in recruitment practice at the awards ceremony which was held at Manchester's Hilton Hotel on 2nd October.

 

2nd City Resourcing has created a unique marketing projects division that bridges the gap between marketing agency and recruitment agency.  The company has been able to provide resources through identifying the right group of people with specialists skills to fulfill a company’s resourcing need.  These gaps would have traditionally been filled by a temporary placement or a permanent position, however many businesses have been unable to recruit during this period, but still have a requirement for work to be completed.

The change in strategy and marketing of 2nd City Resourcing’s new business approach was supported by a Business Link project which has enabled the Company to market itself more effectively and acquire new business.
