This consumer distribution organisation is looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Team Leader to cover maternity leave as soon as possible.

Taking responsibility for supervising 3 members of staff your remit will be to manage and co-ordinate all marketing communications activities as well as overseeing print buying and design.  Key responsibilities include planning incentives and promotions, supervising and scheduling work in the department, developing and co-ordinating new literature production, promotional campaign scheduling, copywriting, website maintenance and general ad hoc marketing activities.  You will have previous people management experience, be extremely organised and efficient and have excellent communication skills.  You will be a peacemaker, politician, co-ordinator, trouble shooter, counsellor, miracle worker and friend…….!
