Personalised Coaching Session II – Preparing for Competency Based Interviews
Once you have used your CV to gain an interview, it’s essential to think about how you demonstrate your skills and experience to the hiring manager. This coaching session is designed as a one on one session to improve your skill and enhance your ability to answer competency based questions, successfully selecting the key information the hiring manager is looking for and demonstrating it in a clear and concise way.
The competencies we explore cover the 10 most requested areas from Marketing Directors, including commerciality, creativity and gravitas. Our HR Advisor works with you to select pertinent examples, boost your confidence and greatly increasing your chance of getting that dream job.
Each coaching session has been designed to offer you a personalised approach in improving your chances of securing that perfect job.
