In this way we have been able to successfully increase the amount of client interviews we arrange for each applicant. Interim search & selection

Our clients want capable, successful, experienced marketers who are able to work on an interim basis. Assignments typically require a skill or industry specialisation and sometimes, both. Interim Management is usually a lifestyle choice as opposed to a necessity and we ask that you can provide references of recent projects completed.

Permanent search & selection

Recruitment & HR Outsourcing

We provide HR & consultancy advice and are able to manage outsourced HR functions.

We additionally provide specific consultancy including advising on employment contracts, restructuring, disciplinary and redundancy support services to companies and candidates.

Redundancy support

We provide standard and bespoke services to candidates going through the redundancy process. Services include workshops for employees being made redundant including CV and interview workshops and personality profiling to assist with finding alternative employment.

Marketing projects

We are looking for candidates who have specific skills and are able to work on specific marketing project assignments for clients on an ad hoc basis. Project work can be much shorter than interim recruitment and projects are usually tailored to meet a specific organisations’ needs to fulfill a project requirement in many marketing and communication disciplines.
