REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, content and presentation of your CV / Resume, we will provide 7 days free consultation, updates, changes and addition revision.

If you wish to cancel your order before we start writing then we offer a full refund.

If you cancel your order after we have started writing we offer a partial refund and the amount will depend upon the amount of work already undertaken. No refunds are given once we have finished your CV.

For coaching sessions a refund will only be offered if the workshop is cancelled.
